Compensation Accountant

We are seeking a motivated Compensation Accountant to support our client's team in the area of payroll and salary processing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform monthly salary processing independently
  • Manage time accounts, vacation, and sick leave
  • Maintain employee master data and personnel files
  • Prepare certificates and notifications for authorities and social security institutions
  • Be the point of contact for employees on tax and social security law matters

Requirements:

  • Completed commercial education with a focus on finance/accounting or equivalent qualification
  • First work experience in salary processing
  • Knowledge of tax and social security law as well as experience with common accounting systems
  • Accurate and independent working style, as well as high numerical affinity
  • Strong communication skills and discretion when handling sensitive data
