About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Compensation Accountant to support our client's team in the area of payroll and compensation processing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform monthly payroll processing with a high degree of autonomy
  • Manage employee time accounts, leave, and sickness records
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data and personnel files
  • Prepare and submit documents to authorities and social security institutions
  • Act as a point of contact for employees on payroll and social security-related matters
Requirements
  • Completed commercial education with a focus on finance and accounting or equivalent qualification
  • First-hand experience in payroll processing
  • Knowledge of labor law and social security regulations, as well as experience with common payroll systems
  • High level of attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and discretion when handling sensitive data
