About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated Compensation Accountant to support our client's team in the area of payroll and compensation processing.

Key Responsibilities- Perform monthly payroll processing with a high degree of autonomy
- Manage employee time accounts, leave, and sickness records
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data and personnel files
- Prepare and submit documents to authorities and social security institutions
- Act as a point of contact for employees on payroll and social security-related matters
- Completed commercial education with a focus on finance and accounting or equivalent qualification
- First-hand experience in payroll processing
- Knowledge of labor law and social security regulations, as well as experience with common payroll systems
- High level of attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and discretion when handling sensitive data
