Job Summary

We are seeking a Strategic Account Manager (m/w/d) to join our team. In this role, you will establish professional relationships with key accounts, develop stakeholder networks, and negotiate contracts involving all company products.



  • Establishing strong relationships internally and within assigned key accounts
  • Facilitating contract negotiations and creating comprehensive sales strategies
  • Proactively leading the strategic account mapping and planning process
  • Coordinating involvement of Boston's divisions and functions within focus accounts
  • Reviewing market analyses to determine customer needs and developing sales strategies
  • Maintaining knowledge of the industry and its trends

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:



  • Advanced education degree (Masters)
  • Demonstrable professional experience in sales, including business development
  • Business fluent in German and proficient level of English
  • Project management experience in healthcare
  • Relationship building/customer engagement skills
  • Analytical skills to resolve complex issues creatively
  • Proven ability to work and influence across a matrix environment

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of approximately €80,000 - €110,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, you can expect:
