Internship Opportunity at Mercedes-Benz

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an intern in the Retail of the Future project. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of a disruptive digital sales model that aligns with future requirements and challenges in automotive retail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Elaborate and implement project-specific tasks on content-related sales topics, such as digitally integrated sales processes and cross-project measures for market stabilization.
  • Conceptualize and develop a new sales system for Mercedes-Benz sales locations in Europe as part of a digital sales model.
  • Organize meetings, committees, and workshops with other work packages of the project and European contact persons.
  • Plan and implement the project rollout using agile methods.
  • Collaborate in the creation and preparation of presentation documents, decision papers, and management reports.
  • Participate in project management tasks and tracking.
  • Develop documentation material and administer the team platform SharePoint/IRA/Confluence.
Requirements:
  • Degree in economics, business administration with a specialization in sales, marketing, controlling, management, international business, business informatics, or a comparable course of study with outstanding academic achievements.
  • Very good written and spoken German and English, other foreign languages an advantage.
  • Confident handling of MS Office.
  • Structured way of working, analytical thinking, open-mindedness, and independent and goal-oriented work.
  • Commitment, intrinsic motivation for automotive sales, affinity for digital solutions and technologies, and teamwork and communication skills.
  • Project management/sales or marketing knowledge an advantage, initial practical experience in the above-mentioned areas of responsibility and a high affinity for the automotive sector desirable.
Additional Information:

The internship should be a mandatory internship or include a mandatory component. Internship duration at least 5-6 months.
