About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Management Assistant to join our dynamic team at Jedox GmbH. As an Office Management Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Front Office Team and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our Front Office Team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling correspondence.
  • Post and Package Management: Manage and process incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Office Maintenance: Ensure the office is well-maintained, including ordering supplies, managing inventory, and performing minor repairs.
  • Event Planning: Assist in planning and coordinating team events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Digitalization and Data Management: Support the digitalization of processes and manage data entry, including updating databases and spreadsheets.
  • Onboarding and Training: Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, including providing training and support.
Requirements
  • Education: Currently enrolled in a university or college program.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients.
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English and German, with excellent writing and speaking skills.
