We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Global Supply Chain Controller. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving our supply chain management processes.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize our supply chain operations, including the creation and coordination of automated reports, ad-hoc analyses, and special evaluations.
- Conduct in-depth analyses of various product groups to identify areas for improvement and work towards building a resilient supply chain.
- Play a crucial role in developing predictive models and strategic guidelines for optimizing our reach and scope.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to provide actionable insights and support the implementation of process improvements.
- Manage and analyze financial data, including cost accounting, contribution margin analysis, and product pricing.
- A degree in business administration or a related field, preferably with a focus on controlling, supply chain management, or procurement.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain and procurement controlling, preferably in an international organization.
- Proficiency in Excel and experience with Power Query, VBA, and Power Pivot are highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with large datasets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- A strong passion for the Strauss brand and a willingness to embody its values.
