Your Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager New Business Development to join our team at SCHOTT. As a key member of our business development department, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities that align with our company's strategic goals.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities in adjacent markets to our existing business.
- Lead cross-functional teams to analyze market trends, identify potential customers, and develop business cases for new opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement business plans, including budgeting and resource allocation.
- Proactively engage with external partners, customers, and industry experts to stay informed about market trends and identify new business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Provide regular updates and insights to senior leadership on business development progress and opportunities.
Your Profile
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in business development, preferably with a degree in business management or a related field. You should have a proven track record of identifying and developing new business opportunities, as well as experience in leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with external partners.
