Job Title: Second Level Supporter

At GULP – experts united, we are seeking a qualified Second Level Supporter to join our team of experts. As a Second Level Supporter, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process user requests and incidents forwarded from the 1st level
  • Classify faults and requests with subsequent resolution of the problems as part of 2nd level support
  • Record and monitor service tickets
  • Manage user support via remote solutions
  • Work closely with 3rd level support
  • Support with evaluation and project topics
  • Contribute to the creation of FAQs, documentation, and manuals
Requirements:
  • Completed training as an IT specialist or a comparable qualification
  • Sound knowledge in one or more of the following areas: Client hardware and software, Apple Mac, printers, and Office applications
  • Good knowledge of German
  • High customer and user orientation
  • A solution-oriented work approach and service mindset
