SAP CRM Technical Expert

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled SAP CRM Technical Expert to join our team at Bosch. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for translating business requirements into high-quality functional design documents that meet the needs of our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with business and solution teams to gather requirements and develop functional design documents.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of SAP CRM business processes and customer interaction center business processes.
- Analyze and refine requirements for delivering features and functionalities in SAP C4HANA.
- Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and testing requirements.
- Conduct sprint demos with business stakeholders to ensure developed solutions meet business requirements.
- Manage design and requirement gathering workshops with customers.
- Develop expertise in CRM Web UI Framework, Component Workbench, and Enhancement Framework.
- Refine customer requirements in terms of features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Ensure excellent communication and collaboration between internal and external teams.

Engineering degree
Work Experience & Know How / Skills
- In-depth knowledge of CRM business processes.
- Experience in conducting requirements gathering workshops and solution design.
- Experience in solution designing of Customer Interaction center (CIC).
- Experience in creation of Org structure, Material and customer data.
- Exposure to Integration set up with various SAP and non-SAP systems.
- Experience in customizing and tailoring reports as per customer requirements.
- Exposure to SAP CRM implementation methodology and deployment options.
General Expectations
- Good understanding of SAP project life cycle.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- 10-12 years of SAP CRM implementation/Roll out project experience.

- Clear and crisp email writing.

Language
Good in English communications both written and verbal.
Additional Information
50% time working in Stuttgart Office, 50% time working Onsite.
