About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled SAP CRM Technical Expert to join our team at Bosch. As a key member of our solution team, you will be responsible for translating business requirements into high-quality functional design documents that meet the needs of our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and develop functional design documents.
- Develop a deep understanding of SAP CRM business processes and customer interaction center functionality.
- Analyze and refine requirements to ensure successful delivery of features and functionalities in SAP C4HANA.
- Develop user stories with clear acceptance criteria and testing requirements.
- Conduct sprint demos with business stakeholders to ensure developed solutions meet business requirements.
- Manage design and requirement gathering workshops with customers.
- Develop expertise in CRM Web UI Framework, including Component Workbench and Enhancement Framework.
- Refine customer requirements to prepare for future sprints.
- Ensure excellent communication and collaboration between internal and external teams.
Requirements
- Engineering degree.
- 10-12 years of SAP CRM implementation/roll-out project experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office - Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Working Conditions
50% time working in Stuttgart office, 50% time working onsite.
