Job Description

We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Trainee - Sustainable Engineering. As a Trainee, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects, develop your skills, and contribute to our mission of a fossil-free future.

As a Trainee, you will be part of a dynamic and international team, working on various projects related to sustainable energy, digitalization, and process optimization. You will have the chance to work with cutting-edge technologies, collaborate with experts, and develop your leadership skills.

Responsibilities
  • Participate in the International Trainee Programme, which includes comprehensive training and practical phases in various business areas and locations.
  • Support in the planning and implementation of change management projects, with a focus on power plant process transformation.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of strategies for digitization and the application of artificial intelligence in power plant processes.
  • Analyze and optimize energy flows and processes to increase efficiency and sustainability.
  • Prepare for the role of Project manager (m/f/d) for change management processes upon completion of the trainee programme.
  • Develop leadership skills and work effectively in interdisciplinary and sometimes international teams.
Requirements
  • Technical qualifications: Degree in engineering (e.g. mechanical engineering, process engineering, energy engineering) or equivalent.
  • Initial work experience: Ideally some initial experience in project management or related areas.
  • Digital affinity: Strong interest and understanding of digital technologies, AI and their application in industrial processes.
  • Full proficiency in German is a must.
