Strategic Communications Manager

Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and customer acquisition in the B2B space.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product and Sales, to develop a comprehensive communication strategy that aligns with business objectives.
- Formulate and implement effective marketing strategies to elevate global brand recognition and thought leadership.
- Produce and oversee engaging content for the BioAnalyt website and social media channels, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Create insightful materials such as white papers, success stories, and interviews based on inputs from the team, partners, and customers.
- Regularly update and refresh the BioAnalyt website to ensure it remains a valuable resource for customers and stakeholders.
- Oversee the BioAnalyt social media channels, developing and implementing strategies to maximize engagement and reach.
- Organize and conduct impactful online trainings and webinars to educate customers and stakeholders about BioAnalyt's solutions.
- Ensure proactive participation in key industry events, leveraging data-driven insights to drive business growth.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with global journalists to secure sustained press coverage in influential publications.
- Regularly assess and report on the performance metrics of all marketing activities, using data to inform future strategies.
- Demonstrated expertise in crafting integrated marketing campaigns for B2B customer acquisition and retention in both digital and traditional media landscapes.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring high-quality outputs within tight timelines.
- Up-to-date knowledge of marketing and communications industry trends, with a focus on media and corporate relations, as well as digital media strategy.
- Skilled in story development and crafting content for publications, social media, and reports.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms, especially LinkedIn and YouTube, for communication purposes.
- Solid background in B2B marketing and communications, with a focus on strategic thinking and problem-solving.
- Exceptional attention to detail paired with stellar communication skills, with the ability to thrive in a diverse, international setting.
- Mastery over the English language, both in writing and speaking, with a focus on clarity and precision.
- Familiarity with video editing tools is a plus, as is a background in the natural sciences or experience in scientific writing.
