Job Responsibilities

  • As a Market Leader/Franchise Leader, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of your store, including staff management, customer service, and inventory control.
  • You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing budgets, and implementing marketing strategies to drive business growth.
  • You will work closely with your team to achieve business objectives, provide coaching and guidance, and develop their skills and knowledge.
  • You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience, and resolving customer complaints.
