International Operations Coordinator

The Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an International Operations Intern at our Depot in Reutlingen-Stuttgart. As an integral part of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring seamless campervan handovers, and supporting our guests throughout their road trip experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service and Sales: Handle check-ins and check-outs, register guests, process payments, and provide information on campervan functionalities and terms and conditions.
- Operations Handling: Align reservations with available campervans, verify and prepare campers and road trip extras, and maintain the fleet in top condition.
- Quality Control: Identify and address any maintenance or repair needs, ensuring the campervans are always in excellent condition.
- Support Activities: Assist the team in monitoring stock, coordinating the fleet, and troubleshooting operational issues.
Requirements
- You are a student or recent graduate in Hospitality, Tourism, International Studies, Business Administration, or a related field looking for an internship.
- You are fluent in English, have a work permit, and a valid driver's license (mandatory).
- You enjoy international environments and meeting new cultures.
- You possess excellent communication and customer service skills, with a strong problem-solving mindset.
- You are eager to learn and develop your skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
The Indie Commitment
- All internships are compensated, with the amount depending on location, country, and region (accommodation is not included).
- Online and on-the-job training to develop relevant skills, including guest relations, customer service, problem-solving, communication, team spirit, organization, time management, fleet coordination, supplies management, and logistics.
