**Aufgaben:**

* Verantwortung für sämtliche Sales-Aktivitäten der Hotelgruppe in der Region Nord
* Firmen- und Kundenbesuche, Hausführungen, Sales-Blitz
* Betreuung und Bearbeitung von RFPs
* Erstellen von Kundenprofilen und monatlichen Sales-Reports
* Mitwirkung bei der Planung und Organisation von Kundenveranstaltungen und verkaufsfördernden Produkten
* Mitwirkung bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung preispolitischer Maßnahmen
* Produktivitätsüberwachung der Key-Accounts und Abstimmung mit der Geschäftsführung
* Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung von Jahresbudgets und Invest-Planungen
* Teilnahme an relevanten Commercial/Regional-Meetings
* Analyse der Hotel- und Marktentwicklung

**Qualifikation:**

* Proaktiver Verkäufer mit hohem persönlichem Engagement
* Mindestens 2-4 Jahre branchenrelevante Berufserfahrung und Marktkenntnisse
* Natürliche Art, effiziente Verkaufsgespräche zu führen und kundenorientiert zu handeln
* Verhandlungsgeschick und Überzeugungsfähigkeit
* Flexibilität und eine gute, ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit
* Deutsche Sprache in Wort und Schrift und gute Englisch-Kenntnisse
