About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cash Flow Strategist to join our team at AGICAP Deutschland. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our client portfolio, ensuring that our customers achieve their financial goals through the optimal use of our liquidity planning tool.

As a Cash Flow Strategist, you will work closely with our customers to understand their financial challenges and develop tailored solutions to address these needs. You will also be responsible for delivering webinars and product presentations to multiple clients, developing new material as required to keep customers up to date with our latest features and functionality.

We are looking for a highly motivated and analytical individual with a strong background in finance or a related field. You will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with our customers and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain our client portfolio, ensuring that our customers achieve their financial goals through the optimal use of our liquidity planning tool.
  • Work closely with our customers to understand their financial challenges and develop tailored solutions to address these needs.
  • Deliver webinars and product presentations to multiple clients, developing new material as required to keep customers up to date with our latest features and functionality.
  • Identify and qualify upsell opportunities, contributing to the direct further development of our product by passing on customer feedback to the product team.
  • Communicate your knowledge and ideas to improve processes to further develop the team.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance or a related field.
  • Strong background in finance or a related field, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with our customers and internal stakeholders.
  • German at C2+ level and business fluent in English.
