Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Visual Merchandiser to join our team at Elbe Einkaufzentrum in Hamburg. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for maintaining the visual appeal of our store, delivering exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth through effective product displays.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, adhering to company guidelines and brand image;
  • Train and mentor store associates on visual merchandising best practices and Levi's brand guidelines;
  • Deliver store sales targets by ensuring optimal product placement and presentation;
  • Provide ongoing feedback to Head Office through regular VMR checklists and photographs;
  • Foster strong relationships with customers, offering personalized advice and assistance to drive sales and enhance their shopping experience.

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in visual merchandising, preferably in a retail or fashion industry setting;
  • Strong understanding of visual merchandising principles and brand image guidelines;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering results and exceeding targets;
  • Highly organized and self-motivated, with a proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities;
  • Creative problem-solving skills, with the ability to think outside the box and propose innovative solutions to improve sales and customer engagement.
