About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Visual Designer to join our team at Front Row. As a Senior Visual Designer, you will be responsible for creating high-quality, visually appealing advertising materials for our e-commerce clients. You will work closely with our clients to understand their brand and design needs, and develop creative solutions that meet their goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop visual creative assets for e-commerce clients, including landing pages, product images, and social media graphics
  • Collaborate with our content management team to ensure visual and editorial content align and best represent the client's brand
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest visual design trends and incorporate relevant trends into current design processes
  • Provide hands-on support to the team by contributing to the design process and mentoring junior designers
  • Ensure graphic implementation with consideration of conversion rate as a key performance indicator

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional experience as a Visual Designer, with a focus on e-commerce and digital media
  • Excellent proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Figma, Adobe CC (especially Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects is a plus)
  • Strong understanding of the power of concept and storytelling, with the ability to bring ideas to life with impeccable taste and attention to detail
  • Ability to drive initiatives forward, think outside the box, and take ownership of projects
  • Excellent English language skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients
