Position Summary:
We are looking for a Strategic Sales Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role will be based in a hybrid environment and will play a crucial part in supporting our sales strategy and analytics efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analytical Reporting: Develop actionable reports that drive success across various subcategories.
- Category Expertise: Act as the internal authority on category performance, providing insights on pricing strategies, promotional effectiveness, and competitive positioning.
- Performance Monitoring: Oversee the delivery of regular reports detailing the health of the category.
- Opportunity Identification: Analyze market trends to identify gaps and craft strategic recommendations that enhance our competitive edge.
- Financial Analysis: Conduct comprehensive financial assessments, including variance and trend analyses, to evaluate business performance.
- Dashboard Development: Create and maintain dashboards that enhance visibility into key performance indicators.
- Data Integrity: Ensure the accuracy of category performance data through rigorous governance processes.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with finance, operations, and other departments to gather insights and support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in English and German.
- A bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
- A strong desire to learn and grow within the commercial management domain.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and identify actionable insights.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools.
