About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Strategic Consulting Intern to join our team at Siemens AG. As a key member of our project team, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting digital transformation projects and contribute to the development of innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Support: Assist in the development and implementation of strategic projects, working closely with clients to understand their business needs and goals.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct detailed market and competitive analysis to provide valuable insights for our clients.
  • Business Strategy: Collaborate with clients to develop and implement tailored business strategies and roadmaps, contributing to long-term planning and growth.
  • Communication: Prepare presentations for senior management, ensuring clear communication of insights and recommendations for strategic decision making.
Requirements
  • Education: At least four completed semesters of Bachelor studies with excellent academic results or currently pursuing a second academic qualification (Master's/Ph.D.).
  • Experience: Minimum of one internship at a management consultancy, renowned industrial company, or start-up with a focus on strategy or involvement in a student consultancy.
  • Skills: Outstanding analytical and conceptual skills, coupled with an entrepreneurial approach.
  • Language: Fluent in German (min. C1) and English (min. C1).
  • Teamwork: High levels of social competence, passion, and a team-oriented approach.
