Beschreibung der Position

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen SAP-Systemmanager, der sich auf die Betreuung, Entwicklung und den Betrieb der HCM-Suite SAP SuccessFactors spezialisiert hat. Als Systemadministrator werden Sie Teil des Teams von Flughafen Köln/Bonn GmbH und unterstützen die Fachbereiche bei der Umsetzung von Projekten und der Lösung von Problemen.

Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Betreuung und Entwicklung der HCM-Suite SAP SuccessFactors
  • Leitung von Projekten und Koordination von externen Support-Partnern
  • Analyse und Umsetzung von Anforderungen der Fachbereiche
  • Betreuung der fachlichen Nutzer und Sicherstellung der Systementwicklung
  • Lösung von Störmeldungen im Rahmen des 2nd Level-Supports
  • Anpassung von Schnittstellen an angrenzende Systeme
Voraussetzungen
  • Abgeschlossenes Bachelorstudium mit Schwerpunkt Informatik oder Wirtschaftsinformatik
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Betreuung und Beratung von SAP SuccessFactors
  • Kenntnisse der HCM-Suite SAP SuccessFactors, insbesondere der Module Employee Central, Onboarding und Recruiting
  • Kenntnisse des SAP HCM ERP-Systems und der Prozesse und Rollen in der Personalwirtschaft
  • Gründliche Ausbildung in SAP SuccessFactors-Technologien und -Prozessen
