SAP Process Improvement Specialist

At Focus on SAP, we are seeking an experienced SAP PP Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for redesigning and optimizing business processes using SAP products.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead the entire lifecycle of process improvement projects, from requirements gathering to implementation and testing.
- Act as the primary point of contact for existing customers, building and maintaining strong relationships to address their needs and ensure satisfaction.
- Manage and resolve incidents and change requests efficiently, ensuring continuous improvement and adaptation of processes to meet evolving business needs.
- Oversee the implementation and testing phases to ensure seamless integration and functionality, facilitating the transition from implementation to live operation.
- Provide post-go-live support to ensure stability and performance.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in application management or project-based roles.
- SAP knowledge in MM, SD, WM, EWM, PP, PM, PS, QM, LE, and S4 Hana.
- Strong 'can do' attitude, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Degree in IT, Business, or related field.
- English and German - business fluent.
