Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT Network Engineer to join our Global IT Network Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, maintaining, and improving our global IT Network infrastructure with a focus on Wide Area Network (WAN) solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement SD-WAN based Wide Area Network solutions
  • Develop and maintain network standards and designs to ensure consistency and efficiency
  • Ensure all network components are up-to-date with the latest security patches and updates
  • Collaborate with local IT teams and global partners to manage WAN circuits, including MPLS and DIA
  • Work closely with the Lifecycle and Asset Management Manager to develop budget plans for network infrastructure upgrades
  • Manage and resolve network incidents and problems in a timely and efficient manner
  • Lead and drive projects related to Wide Area Network improvements and changes
Requirements
  • University degree in Computer Science or equivalent
  • Existing VMWare SD-WAN training and/or certification is advantageous, as well as CCNA or CCNP Level or equivalent
  • Several years of professional experience with International Wide Area Network (WAN) solutions
  • Extensive knowledge of routing protocols and WAN technologies
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all levels within the organization
  • Availability to work off-hours on an as-needed basis
  • Willingness to travel as needed (2-3 times per year)
  • Good English language skills, both written and spoken
