We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused individual to join our REWE Oliver Frank GmbH & Co. oHG team in the Backshop. As a Sales Associate - Bakery, you will play a key role in creating an inviting atmosphere for our customers, providing expert advice, and ensuring high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and maintain visually appealing product displays to showcase our bakery offerings
  • Provide knowledgeable and friendly customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns
  • Handle bakery products with care, ensuring they are presented and stored in a clean and organized manner
  • Develop and implement strategies to boost sales, including pricing and organizing merchandise
  • Conduct regular quality checks on products to ensure they meet our high standards

Requirements:

  • Background in bakery sales or retail is an asset, but not required; we welcome candidates with a passion for food and customer service
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
