About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our sales team as a Sales Associate. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and contributing to the overall success of our store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and other forms of payment
  • Restock shelves, maintain visual merchandising displays, and ensure a clean and organized store environment
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays, maintaining a visually appealing store atmosphere
  • Assist with inventory management, including receiving and processing shipments, and maintaining accurate inventory levels
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and objectives
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit card transactions
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
