Job Title: Project Manager - Organizational Culture

Are you passionate about driving organizational culture and people development? Do you have a strong background in project management and a keen eye for detail? We're looking for a talented Project Manager to join our Global Culture & People team at STADA.

About the Role:

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading Culture & People projects in close collaboration with the Leadership Team. You will support our Chief People Officer in all operational Culture & People activities, manage relationships and collaborate closely with the Culture & People Leadership Team and key stakeholders from our Global Executive Team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Culture & People projects, including the preparation of presentations, meeting coordination, and project tracking.
  • Support the Chief People Officer in daily interactions, including defining and tracking follow-up activities.
  • Manage relationships and collaborate closely with the Culture & People Leadership Team and key stakeholders.
  • Coordinate Culture & People Leadership activities, meetings, and business reviews.
  • Proactively drive the Culture & People initiative planning process in close collaboration with the Leadership Team.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of relevant project management experience.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with experience in dealing with tight project deadlines.
  • Nimble mind with good business acumen and understanding of Culture & People / Organizational Development Strategies.
  • Excellent proficiency in German and English language.
