Job Title: IT Specialist Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced IT Specialist Project Manager to join our global IT operations team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the successful planning, execution, and completion of internal IT infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage project plans, including defining project scope, goals, documentation, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate and manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and third-party vendors.
  • Track project progress, identify potential risks, and develop mitigation plans.
  • Effectively communicate project status and updates to stakeholders.
  • Implement and manage project change control processes.
Requirements:
  • Completed studies in computer science, business informatics, or comparable education.
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in enterprise-level companies or IT consulting.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent understanding of general IT topics, organization's processes, policies, goals, and objectives.
  • Conversationally fluent English language skills required; German advantageous.
