Assistant to the Legal Department

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Assistant to the Legal Department to join our team at Sky Deutschland GmbH. As a key member of our legal team, you will provide administrative support to our lawyers and contribute to the smooth operation of our legal department.
Key Responsibilities- Correspondence Management: Process all incoming and outgoing correspondence from the internal legal department, including letters, emails, and faxes, in a timely and efficient manner.
- Task Management: Submit inquiries about proceedings to external law firms and courts in close coordination with the internal legal department.
- File Management: Create and maintain court and case files in our digital file management program WinRA (or a technical successor system) on a daily basis.
- Deadline Management: Monitor and ensure that deadlines for hearings and court proceedings are accurately and reliably tracked.
- Order and Invoicing Management: Manage and control orders and invoicing from law firms, injured parties, and courts, including coordination of invoice processing and mandate agreements with external law firms.
- Contract Management: Centralize the filing of paper contracts for the Registry Office of Sky Deutschland.
- Communication and Support: Serve as the first point of contact for our in-house lawyers and act as an interactive interface to various internal departments, providing assistance and support as needed.
- Education and Training: Completed training or a degree in the commercial, finance, or legal field, with training as a paralegal being a plus.
- Skills and Abilities: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with external authorities. Strong organizational talent, resilience, and team spirit are essential. Friendly professionalism and proactive service orientation, combined with the ability to maintain an overview in stressful situations, are key strengths.
- Language Skills: Confident command of German and good English skills, both written and spoken.
