Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Relationship Manager Real Estate, der unsere Geschäftskunden mit strategischen Lösungen unterstützt und unsere Stärken in der Immobilienfinanzierung und -management ausnutzt.

Deine Aufgaben
  • Repräsentant des Geschäftsbereiches Corporates im regionalen Markt
  • Klares Selbst- und Geschäftsverständnis, in der Kundenbeziehung nicht als reine/r Produktverkäufer:in zu agieren, sondern eine Stellung als strategischer Partner und Kernbank einzunehmen
  • Erzielung von hervorragenden Vertriebsleistungen und Förderung von Maßnahmen für eine nachhaltige Zielerreichung
  • Akquisition und Betreuung von Kommerziellen Immobilienkund:innen, insb. nationale und internationale Investor:innen, Bauträger und Wohnungsbaugesellschaften, mit einem Finanzierungsbedarf > € 20 Mio.
  • Analyse der Kundensituation, frühzeitige Erkennung und Schaffung von Mehrwert, sowohl im Gespräch, als auch über Lösungen im Commercial und Investment Banking mit Zielrichtung der Generierung von Lead-Mandaten
  • Zukunftsorientierte und szenarienbasierte Strukturierung und Entwicklung individueller Kundenlösungen durch sehr enge Koordination von Produkt- und Kreditspezialist:innen/SRM (RITL, GITL) sowie Einbindung des Investment-Komitees
  • Eigenverantwortliche Sicherstellung der zu erreichenden KPI's entsprechend der Zielvorgaben im Hinblick auf Quantität und Qualität der Eigenkapital- und RWA-Bindung
  • Commercial Planning, Ertragssteuerung und -optimierung von UniCredit Group-weit als Global Client Manager:in verantwortlich betreuten Kund:innen, Identifizierung und Ausschöpfung des Cross Border-Potenzials
  • Einschätzung und Management von Kreditrisiken
  • Identifizierung, Analyse und Ausschöpfung des Geschäftspotenzials im Marktgebiet
  • Intensive Kontaktpflege mit den am Markt agierenden Meinungs-und Entscheidungsträgern
Deine Qualifikationen
  • Bankkaufmann (m/w/d)
  • Bankfachwirt (m/w/d) mit Frankfurt School Finance & Management / VWA-Abschluss oder wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse der Geschäftskunden-Produktpalette (Aktiv- und Passivgeschäft), detaillierte Kenntnisse sämtlicher Finanzdienstleistungen
  • Angemessenes Risikobewusstsein, ausgeprägtes Verständnis der Kreditgrundsätze der UniCredit Bank AG
  • Fundierte Marktkenntnisse und Erfahrung in der Marktbeobachtung sowie systematische, zielgruppen- und potenzialorientierte Marktbearbeitung
  • Strategisches und unternehmerisches Handeln und Denken bei allen Aktivitäten
  • Sicherer Umgang mit der bankinternen EDV sowie Kenntnisse über die gültigen Prozesse und Richtlinien
  • Interkulturelle Kompetenz und konstruktives Agieren in der UniCredit Organisationsmatrix
  • Verhandlungsgeschick
  • Selbstbewusstes, kompetentes und zielgruppenadäquates Auftreten mit entsprechendem Erscheinungsbild
