FUNDED is an emerging and rapidly expanding consulting firm dedicated to assisting Start- and Scale-Ups with one of their most urgent goals: Fundraising. Our vision is to establish ourselves as the leading platform for non-dilutive fundraising. We achieve this through robust consulting services complemented by our proprietary SaaS solution.

  • Grant Acquisition: We aid our clients in obtaining up to EUR 15 million in tax-exempt, non-dilutive funds through government grants.
  • Debt Financing: We support our clients in securing venture debt through our extensive network, processes, and documentation assistance.
  • FundedOS: Our proprietary SaaS platform facilitates all processes of our consulting services and acts as a standalone solution for our non-consulting clients.
Responsibilities

What you can anticipate at FUNDED

  • Venture Capital: Acting as a bridge between investors and ventures, FUNDED assists our clients with one of their most significant hurdles: fundraising. We operate at the core of the venture ecosystem, collaborating closely with numerous venture capital funds and debt providers. Our clientele comprises some of the most innovative and well-financed Tech Start- and Scale-Ups in Germany, positioning us at the forefront of innovation.
  • Startup Environment: As a dynamic and fast-growing startup, every team member contributes to the firm's decisions, thus becoming part of our growth narrative. All employees participate in the company's success through our participation compensation model.
  • Consulting Expertise: We work closely with the founders of some of the most pioneering start-ups and scale-ups in Germany on a project basis. We deliver added value to our clients through our expertise, network, and exceptional operational support for both quantitative and qualitative tasks.

As a Team Lead, you will collaborate closely with our clients, the founder, and the entire team to:

  • Lead and further develop our exciting Consulting initiatives through direct client engagement and close cooperation with the founder and the entire team.
  • Shape the future of our SaaS product by contributing to the expansion of our offerings and enabling our Tech team.
  • Drive our growth by managing internal projects from start to finish, such as scaling our operations and identifying and supporting ongoing internal and external initiatives.
Qualifications

Ideal candidates for this role should:

  • Possess fluent German language skills.
  • Hold a Master's degree in any academic discipline.
  • Have a minimum of one to ideally two years of full-time work experience in relevant sectors, such as Consulting, Banking, Investment firms, or VC-funded ventures.
