FUNDED is an emerging and rapidly expanding consulting firm dedicated to assisting Start- and Scale-Ups with one of their most urgent needs: Fundraising. Our vision is to establish ourselves as the leading platform for non-dilutive fundraising. We achieve this through robust consulting services complemented by our proprietary SaaS solution.

  • Grant Funding: We aid our clients in obtaining up to EUR 15 million in tax-exempt, non-dilutive cash through government grants.
  • Debt Fundraising: We facilitate our clients in raising venture debt utilizing our extensive network, process expertise, and documentation support.
  • FundedOS: Our proprietary SaaS solutions streamline all aspects of our consulting services and serve as an independent platform for our non-consulting clients.
Responsibilities

What to anticipate at FUNDED

  • Venture Capital: Acting as a bridge between investors and ventures, FUNDED assists our clients with one of their most significant hurdles: fundraising. We operate at the core of the venture ecosystem, collaborating closely with numerous venture capital funds and debt providers. Our clientele includes some of the most innovative and well-capitalized Tech Start- and Scale-Ups in Germany, positioning us at the forefront of innovation.
  • Start-Up: As a dynamic and rapidly growing startup, every team member plays a role in the firm's decision-making process, thus contributing to our growth narrative. All employees participate in the company's success through our participation compensation model.
  • Consulting: On a project basis, we work closely with the founders of some of the most pioneering start-ups and scale-ups in Germany. We deliver added value to our clients through our expertise, extensive network, and superior operational support for both quantitative and qualitative tasks.

As a Team Lead, you will collaborate closely with our clients, the founder, and the entire team to:

  • Lead and further develop our engaging Consulting activities through direct client interaction and close cooperation with the founder and team.
  • Shape the future of our SaaS product by contributing to the expansion of our offerings and enabling our Tech team.
  • Drive our growth by managing internal projects from start to finish, such as scaling our operations and identifying and supporting ongoing internal and external initiatives.
Qualifications

Candidates interested in this position should:

  • Possess fluent German language skills.
  • Hold a Master's degree in any field.
  • Have a minimum of one to ideally two years of full-time work experience in relevant sectors, such as Consulting, Banking, Investment firms, or VC-funded ventures.
