Your Area of Work

The Regulatory Admissions & Governance Unit at Deutsche Börse Group is responsible for ensuring adherence to relevant rules and regulations throughout the client lifecycle. This includes due diligence during client onboarding, admission of exchange traders, monitoring of MiFiR and non-MiFiR clients' reporting obligations, and maintenance of the business relationship in light of fulfilling regulatory requirements.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the quality of our processes vis-à-vis internal guidelines and procedures.
  • Maintain process descriptions, manage data, and create presentations for different units.
  • Perform KPI analysis, coordinate individual cases, and present results to stakeholders.
  • Maintain and archive client documentations following established process steps.
  • Support the Regulatory Admissions & Governance team in daily business regarding various tasks and projects.

Your Profile:

  • You are enrolled at a state-recognized university as a regular student and have completed at least two semesters.
  • You have basic knowledge in Finance, Capital Markets, and Financial Regulations.
  • You are client services orientated and have advanced communication skills to ensure high stakeholder satisfaction.
  • You are highly motivated, flexible, open to challenges, and ready to take on responsibility.
  • You are a very good team player with strong organizational skills and a proactive work ethic.
  • You bring strong analytical and technical skills.
  • You have very good knowledge in MS Office applications.
  • You are fluent in English, and German language skills will be an asset.
