AufgabenWir suchen eine/n ambitionierte/n und vielseitig begabte/n Bewerber/in, der/die sich für unsere Mission begeistern kann.
- Als erste Anlaufstelle für unsere Nutzerinnen und medizinisches Fachpersonal übernimmst du die Kommunikation sowohl telefonisch als auch schriftlich.
- Du klärst technische und inhaltliche Fragestellungen geduldig und findest empathische sowie zielorientierte Lösungen.
- Du gehst technischen Herausforderungen und Bugs sorgfältig nach und gibst nicht auf, bis du eine Lösung gefunden hast.
- Du telefonierst gern und kannst dabei deine Zeit gut einschätzen.
- Du nutzt ein modernes Support-IT-Tool, um unsere Nutzerinnen und das medizinische Fachpersonal bestmöglich zu unterstützen.
Wir suchen nach jemandem, der:
- freundlich, empathisch und über ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten verfügt.
- lösungsorientiert ist und gerne eigenverantwortlich und selbstständig arbeitet.
- fließend Deutsch spricht und sich auch in Englisch gut verständigen kann.
- technisches Verständnis mitbringt, insbesondere im Umgang mit Microsoft Office und Support-IT-Tools.
