Compliance Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Officer to join our team at Raisin GmbH. As a key member of our Compliance team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our company meets regulatory standards and follows best practices in the financial services industry.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct compliance risk analysis and monitoring to identify potential risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide regulatory compliance support, including analysis of business impact and implementation of compliance measures.
- Assist in maintaining and reviewing company policies, including compliance with capital markets regulations, directors' disclosures, and outside interests and hospitality registers.
- Onboard and monitor commercial partners, including research, PEP/Sanctions checking, and screening.
- Develop and deliver annual compliance training to new joiners.
- Assist in preparing and delivering reporting to committees, the Board, and external audits.
- Background in regulation, risk management, and/or compliance, with experience in the banking or financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of the European legislative framework and German regulatory environment.
- Confident operator able to work with all levels of the organization.
- Able to deliver high-quality insight and reporting in various formats.
- Fluency in English and German.
