Job DescriptionWe are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Entrepreneur in Residence to join our team. As a key member, you will have the opportunity to drive your own business development projects, working closely with our founders' team. Your passion for tech startups and innovative business models will be essential in helping us achieve our goals.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute business development projects, leveraging your expertise in strategic conceptualization and operational execution.
- Support our product launch by conducting testing, copywriting, and gathering user feedback.
- Conduct market and competitive analyses, interview customers, and identify new growth potential to inform strategic decision-making.
- A degree in business administration, engineering, or management, or a related field.
- A smart and entrepreneurial mindset, with a talent for understanding complex topics and presenting them in a clear and concise manner.
- An independent, structured, and goal-oriented approach to work, with a high degree of initiative, sense of responsibility, and motivation.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate closely with other teams and external stakeholders in German and English.
- A positive and infectious attitude, with a clear understanding of priorities.
