Job Description

As a key member of the Supervisory Reporting team, you will play a vital role in supporting the creation of financial and regulatory information and reports for the supervisory authorities. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the development of Excel templates for internal and external reports
  • Assisting with administrative tasks, such as correspondence, access rights, report verification, and document review
  • Maintaining internal procedures and ensuring their accuracy and effectiveness
  • Preparing management presentations and providing data-driven insights
  • Supporting ad-hoc regulatory requests and ensuring timely completion of tasks

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A strong understanding of financial and regulatory concepts, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS-Excel and MS-Word, with knowledge of Access, VBA, and/or SQL an advantage
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Fluency in written and spoken English, with German an advantage
