Engineering Project Coordinator

Join Covestro's Engineering team as a dedicated Project Engineer. In this role, you will oversee small to medium-scale capital projects, ensuring adherence to safety standards, budget constraints, quality benchmarks, and project timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee capital projects to meet defined objectives
- Facilitate collaboration among project team members throughout all stages of the project
- Execute essential project management functions such as scope definition, budget management, and risk assessment
- Present project updates to the Steering Committee and relevant stakeholders
- Formulate engineering and contracting strategies to ensure project success
- Identify and manage project risks to optimize performance
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Process, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering, or a related technical field
- Relevant work experience in industrial or engineering sectors
- Proven leadership and stakeholder engagement capabilities
- Proficiency in project scheduling and financial planning
- Bilingual proficiency in German and English
