Business Analyst in Procurement

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Analyst to join our team at OCCON. As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting our RFI/FRQ/SPOT Processes, managing customer projects, and analyzing data to drive business decisions.
Key Responsibilities- Manage data of customer projects, including preparation, cleaning, and plausibility checks, as well as clarification with customers.
- Define RFI/RFQ structures, including columns, content, and rules.
- Set up and test our in-house e-sourcing solution, u-tender.
- Communicate with customers and suppliers.
- Document data and processes.
- Search for and chase suppliers, as well as provide support via phone and mail.
- Analyze scenarios and award contracts.
- Monitor and control spot updates during the year.
- Report on internal and external metrics.
- Build partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a related field.
- Strong skills in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Fluent in English, with German beneficial.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong personal commitment.
- Experience in procurement and/or supply chain management.
- Result and quality orientation, with a precise way of working.
- High degree of customer service orientation.
- Willingness and potential for learning and development.
