We are seeking a highly skilled Reliability Engineer to join our team at Danfoss. As a key member of our product development team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and quality of our products.
Key Responsibilities- Participate in interdisciplinary risk assessments to define reliability tests for product release and modification.
- Develop and review test plans, including preparation and evaluation of test reports.
- Commission or carry out tests, assess results, and release test reports.
- Collaborate with suppliers on reliability-related topics.
- Create and maintain specifications, software, and evaluation tools.
- Develop life cycle models for test planning, execution, and statistical evaluation.
- Prepare and implement training courses on reliability.
- Participate in fault analyses and FMEA.
- Master's degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or packaging technology.
- Several years of experience in power electronics, packaging technology, and/or reliability.
- Detail- and quality-oriented working style.
- Team player with good communication skills and a creative mindset.
- Very good German and good English language skills.
- Good MS Office skills.
