We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to join our Professional Practice Group, specializing in IKS and IT Audit methodology. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our methodology, providing expert guidance to our audit teams, and contributing to the development of industry standards.
About the Role
- Develop and maintain our IKS and IT Audit methodology, ensuring it remains up-to-date and aligned with industry standards.
- Provide expert guidance to our audit teams on the application of our methodology, ensuring high-quality audit outcomes.
- Contribute to the development of industry standards and best practices in IKS and IT Audit, through participation in external forums and working groups.
- Design and deliver training programs to ensure our teams have the necessary skills and knowledge to apply our methodology effectively.
- Collaborate with our audit teams to identify and address complex audit challenges, providing innovative solutions to drive business growth.
Requirements
- Master's degree in a relevant field, such as accounting, finance, or business administration.
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a Big Four accounting firm.
- Proven expertise in IKS and IT Audit, with a strong understanding of industry standards and best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Fluent English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
