Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Pflege und Verwaltung der bestehenden SAP Solution Manager Systemlandschaften
  • Entwicklung und umfassende Betreuung eines zentralen, konzernweit eingesetzten SAP Solution Manager 7.2 (Greenfield) inklusive Anbindung der gesamten SAP Systemlandschaft
  • Konsolidierung der derzeitigen heterogenen SAP Solution Manager Systemlandschaften und Implementierung von Funktionalitäten in ein zentrales System
  • Integration mit ServiceNow hinsichtlich ITSM/ChaRM sowie Event Management (Technisches Monitoring)
  • Verantwortliche Durchführung und Unterstützung zukünftiger Applikationsprojekte im SAP Solution Manager 7.2 Umfeld
  • Vorbereitung und Umsetzung der Cloud ALM Transition
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit und Abstimmung mit den weiteren SAP IT Teams
  • Internationale Koordination der SAP Solution Manager 7.2 Anforderungen innerhalb des Unternehmens sowie mit externen Dienstleistern
  • Mitwirkung im 2nd/3rd Level Support

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Informationstechnologie oder Betriebswirtschaft oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Berufserfahrung in der Abstimmung, Konzeption, Koordination, Realisierung, Test und Dokumentation von Projekten im SAP Solution Manager 7.2 (ITSM, ChaRM, Release Management, Test Management, System Monitoring, System Recommendations, Configuration Validation, IT Calendar & Notifications, Solution Documentation)
  • Kenntnisse in der Grundkonfiguration, Infrastrukturvorbereitung sowie im Managed System Setup von Vorteil
  • Kenntnisse in der ABAP Dictionary/Development Workbench sowie im Test- und Releasemanagement von Vorteil
  • Kenntnisse in Focused Build von Vorteil
  • Ausgeprägte Motivation und Begeisterung, einen professionellen Inhouse-Applikationsbetrieb und Projektsupport für das Thema SAP Solution Manager aufzubauen
  • Gute Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten (mündlich/schriftlich) in Englisch
  • Interkulturelle Kompetenz zur Arbeit in einem internationalen und deutschlandweit verteilten Team
  • Methodisches Wissen (idealerweise mit Zertifizierung) in den Bereichen ITIL von Vorteil
