About This Role- This role will serve as the referent for all post-sales customer-related topics, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution of incoming inquiries while staying aligned with business objectives.
- You will develop and implement scalable processes to identify opportunities to improve the customer experience, increase retention, and generate additional post-sales revenue streams.
- This position requires collaboration with departments such as Logistics and Product to ensure seamless coordination and alignment on customer-related initiatives.
- You possess a Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Business or a related field and have strong analytical and communication skills.
- You have a hands-on mentality and can clearly articulate complex subject matters, having previously worked in a highly competitive and fast-paced environment like Management Consulting, Investment Banking, Venture Capital, or a high-growth startup.
- You bring excellent communication skills in German and English.
