Responsibilities:

Carrying out and evaluating HSE audits and initiating suitable improvement measures Creation and implementation of regular training and information events Support in the preparation of risk analyzes and risk assessments Root cause analysis of accidents and near misses and derivation of measures Creation and maintenance of all relevant documents Representation of the company towards external stakeholders (authorities, customers, etc.) in HSE matters under the guidance of the company's legal representatives

Qualifications:

Completed degree in engineering or a combination of training and professional experience Several years of relevant professional experience Additional qualification as an occupational safety specialist Knowledge of the relevant laws, regulations, ordinances and standards Structured and independent way of working Moderation-, communication- and problem-solving skills Good written and oral communication in both German and English language
