About the Role

Arena Personal Management GmbH is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Professional (m/w/d) to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers and nurturing existing relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive sales efforts
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and referrals
  • Provide expert product knowledge and consultative services to customers to meet their needs and exceed their expectations
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize sales processes and improve overall performance
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to identify new sales opportunities

Requirements

  • Completed commercial education or equivalent qualification
  • Several years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Results-driven and goal-oriented, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and responsibility
