Your Responsibilities:
  • Network Excellence: Lead and manage all aspects of LAN services for Siemens internal customers, guaranteeing top-tier performance and reliability.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Cultivate strong relationships with service providers to drive innovation, enhance efficiency, and resolve issues promptly.
  • Team Leadership: Guide and coordinate a team of external Service Managers from various network providers, fostering collaboration and exceptional delivery.
  • Risk Mitigation: Proactively assess potential risks and implement effective measures to minimize their impact on our network infrastructure.
  • Clear Communication: Communicate service-related information effectively to diverse stakeholders, including management, ensuring transparency and alignment.

  • Business Advocate: Act as a key liaison between CxOs of Operating Companies, Service Companies, Countries, etc., within the IT organization, identifying talent and shaping the IT roadmap.
  • Strategic Alignment: Serve as a trusted advocate for the business within the IT organization, ensuring that IT strategies are aligned with overarching business objectives.
Your Profile:

We are looking for an individual with a strong technical background and proven leadership experience in network management.

  • Master's degree in Information Technology or a related field, coupled with extensive experience in the IT industry.
  • Over 5 years of experience managing network operations, with a focus on LAN and WLAN services and solutions. Understanding of WAN technology is advantageous.
  • In-depth knowledge of local connectivity network infrastructure and their management platforms (e.g., Aruba or Cisco).
  • Demonstrated success in leading international network teams, exhibiting exceptional leadership and coordination skills.
  • Solid understanding of Service Management and ITIL processes, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
