Job Title: Production Planner

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Planner to join our team at STRATO Personal GmbH. As a Production Planner, you will be responsible for generating and orchestrating the production process, managing delivery compliance, and enabling the development of new products.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate and orchestrate production plans to meet engineering and production requirements
  • Manage delivery compliance of orders outsourced to key suppliers
  • Enable the development of new products in close collaboration with the engineering team
  • Handle multiple projects simultaneously to meet production and engineering requirements
  • Generate capacity plans to enable forward and backward planning
  • Work with ERP and APS-Tools to ensure data integrity for today's and future IT infrastructure
  • Develop and maintain a KPI set with the Head of Factory relating to process, product, and operation performance
  • Evaluate production statistics and report major deviations
Your Profile:
  • Completed studies in industrial engineering or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in production planning or a similar field
  • Expertise in scheduling, planning, and controlling production processes
  • Background in manufacturing, including dynamic planning and execution during prototyping and series ramp-up
  • Experience with ERP tools, preferably INFOR
  • Proven knowledge in project management
  • Fluent English language skills
