Student Programming Tutor

At Complori, our goal is to equip the upcoming generation with essential skills for the future. We focus on imparting 21st-century competencies such as coding, critical thinking, collaboration, and technology literacy through our innovative hybrid learning platform.
We are committed to creating an engaging and adaptive web-based educational platform that offers live online group classes for children aged 7 to 16.
With our initial funding of €3.5 million from prominent European venture capitalists, including Speedinvest, Educapital, and Sparkmind, we are assembling a talented team to enhance our product and expand our reach to more learners.
What You Will Do- Instruct young learners in programming through online sessions.
- Conduct weekly classes with consistent groups of students, witnessing their development and progress.
- Utilize teaching materials designed by Complori, which will be provided to you.
- Fluent in German at a native level (mandatory)
- Passionate about teaching and mentoring
- Familiarity with fundamental software engineering principles
- Proficient in at least one programming language
- Currently pursuing a STEM-related degree (2nd semester or higher)
- Available for at least 18 hours per week during specified hours
- Demonstrates high reliability and punctuality
- Excellent communication skills
- Access to a stable internet connection and a computer equipped with a camera and microphone
Starting compensation is €15 per hour, with regular salary increases based on tenure.
