Student Programming Tutor

At Complori, our vision is to equip the next generation with essential skills for the future. We focus on imparting 21st-century competencies such as coding, critical thinking, collaboration, and technology literacy through our innovative hybrid learning platform.
Our commitment lies in developing an engaging and adaptive web-based educational platform that offers live online group classes for children aged 7 to 16.
With a successful seed funding round of €3.5 million from prominent European venture capitalists including Speedinvest, Educapital, and Sparkmind, we are assembling a talented team to enhance our offerings and expand our reach to more learners.
What You Will Enjoy in This Role...- Instructing children in vital 21st-century skills

- Contributing to meaningful educational experiences
- Deliver online programming lessons to youth aged 7 to 16
- Conduct weekly sessions with your assigned groups, fostering their growth and learning
- Utilize teaching materials provided by Complori to guide your lessons
- You possess fluent German language skills at a native level (this is essential)
- You have a passion for teaching
- You understand fundamental software engineering principles
- You are proficient in at least one programming language
- You are preferably pursuing a STEM-related degree (2nd semester or higher)
- You can commit to at least 18 hours per week during the specified time frame
- You demonstrate high reliability and punctuality
- You have excellent communication abilities
- You have access to a stable internet connection and a computer equipped with a camera and microphone
Starting compensation is €15 per hour, with regular salary increases for continued tenure.
