Auditory Specialist Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
As a Hearing Specialist Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in Hemer. Your primary duties will include:
- Conducting hearing tests and offering personalized solutions to our customers in a service-oriented sales and advisory capacity.
- Implementing our sales routines with excellence and ensuring optimal processes in the store to deliver a unique customer experience.
- Providing ongoing support to our customers with the maintenance of their hearing systems, advising on accessories, and building long-term customer relationships.
- Utilizing our customer database to contact customers via phone and organizing local marketing activities (market days and health fairs).
- As a data administrator, you will be meticulous and ensure that all customer information is up-to-date.
- In the context of the store organization, you will assist with deployment planning, manage the calendar, and take responsibility for order and inventory management.
Requirements:
- You have successfully completed your training as a Hearing Specialist Assistant (m/w/d).
- You are customer-oriented and enjoy advising and selling.
- Strong communication skills, persuasion, and empathy are essential.
- You enjoy working in a team and are committed to the team's success.
- You are an organizational talent with high flexibility and a sense of responsibility.
