Senior Financial Manager

Clear Ventures is seeking a Senior Financial Manager to oversee and manage various financial aspects of the organization. As a finance business partner, you will work closely with various teams to ensure financial objectives and strategies are aligned with the company's overall goals.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Compile and present comprehensive monthly management and financial reports to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Conduct in-depth reviews and delta analyses of financial data, providing commentary and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Lead the bi-annual OPEX/CAPEX budgeting process.
  • Track and report on the development of CAPEX spending towards internally generated intangible assets.
  • Collaborate closely with group function leaders as a trusted finance business partner, offering insights and guidance on all financial matters.
  • Work closely with the accounting teams to provide support during the month-end closing process and perform month-end reviews to ensure financial statements are complete and accurate.
  • Train and mentor junior members of the team.
  • Generate and present ad hoc financial reports and analyses as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a financial controller/FP&A Manager or similar role, with demonstrated expertise in financial reporting and analysis.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of relevant accounting standards and regulations (IFRS, HGB).
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
